A charter flight looks simple from the outside — call, book, fly. In reality, every mission is the output of a small team working through a checklist: routing, weather, NOTAMs, fuel planning, crew rostering, landing permits, ground handling, catering, and a dozen contingencies.
Our operations desk handles the paperwork so you don't have to. That includes route filing, coordination with ATC, obtaining permissions for non-standard fields, and pre-flight briefings for the crew.
Every aircraft is flown by a Captain and First Officer with current type ratings, valid medicals, and hours well beyond regulatory minimums. For medical evacuation missions, a medical crew joins onboard.
Missions are tracked from our operations desk from block-out to block-in. Deviations, delays, and diversions are managed in real time.
