By booking a flight with Quasar Airlines Pvt. Ltd. ("Quasar", "we"), or by using this website, you agree to these terms.
A flight quote is an indication of price and availability, not a confirmed reservation. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed charter agreement and applicable deposit.
Cancellation charges apply as per the charter agreement signed for the specific flight.
All flights are conducted at the discretion of the Captain-in-Command in accordance with DGCA regulations. Quasar reserves the right to delay, divert, or cancel any flight where safety, weather, regulatory, or operational considerations require.
Our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policies and applicable Indian aviation law.
Weight and dimension limits apply per aircraft type and mission.
Passengers agree to follow crew instructions at all times.
Payment terms are as specified in the individual charter agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
We may update these terms from time to time.
